Experience
Dan spent the last ten years operating his small mediation and law practice in Aurora
and Fort Collins. He provided estate planning and general legal counsel as well as
mediation services. Dan has mediated diverse issues including will contests, business
dissolutions, and family law cases. Prior to opening a law practice Dan worked in higher
education, managing student housing complexes and providing financial aid counseling
to students and families.
Dan earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Colorado State
University and his law degree from the University of Maryland School of Law.
Dan is a member of the Larimer County Bar Association and is admitted to practice law
in the State of Colorado.
Outside Interests
Dan keeps busy doing projects on his house and taking care of his family. He
volunteers on parent panels for his girls’ school and enjoys gardening, DIY projects,
hunting, fishing, and skiing.

Dan’s bucket list includes sailing around the world…slowly.
