Dan advises Trail Ridge Wealth Management clients on their estate planning needs and administers both simple and complex trusts and estates.
Experience
Before joining Trail Ridge Wealth Management, Dan spent ten years operating a small mediation and law practice in Aurora and Fort Collins, Colorado. He provided estate planning and general legal counsel, as well as mediation services. Dan has mediated diverse issues, including will contests, business dissolutions, and family law cases. Prior to launching his law practice, Dan worked in higher education, managing student housing complexes and providing financial aid counseling to students and families.
Dan earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Colorado State University and his law degree from the University of Maryland School of Law. Dan is a member of the Larimer County Bar Association and is admitted to practice law in the State of Colorado.
Outside Interests
Dan keeps busy doing projects on his house and taking care of his family. He volunteers on parent panels for his girls’ school and enjoys gardening, DIY projects, hunting, fishing, and skiing.
